Whitehead, Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello, It’s difficult to explain everything. But I want to tell you that white heads are the first stage of acne( pimples ) , later they can get infected and form red painful pimples. Once pus is developed inside that can lead to scarring ( damage). For white heads you need topical retinoids which should be applied with proper counselling from dermatologist, otherwise it can cause irritation/ scaling on skin. If pimples are painful you will need antibiotics for short duration. You can continue face-wash for maintenance of your facial skin. You needs other creams for white heads and for painful pimples. So don’t take medicines without good consultation
