Hello Dr I'm really fed up using hair care products vitamin deficiency tablets eating rich vitamin foods I have low iron so my doctor suggested me for an injection rich in b12 for hair growth can I take it is there any side effects pls clarify my doubt

Usually vitamin supplements dont have any side effects But iron supplements do have a little side effects like constipation But nothing much to worry
