Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Any preferred cream to clear acne and acne scars on face. I get these very occasionally and have oily skin. Pls suggest some nice ointment which can be used and show instant results.

First i used to have dense hair nd hair growth was also good ..but after using onion shampoo of mamaearth my hair is not growing even not after cut nd the hair density is not inreasing ..my hair is getting so thin that scalp is visible as In picture .. Please my age is 23 ... Also my weight is 36 i m underweight .. Nd having iron deficiency with vitamin too .. Is this the cause of hair loss .. please suggest me ..

I'm using minoxidil 5% for more than 4 years. Some minoxdils come with lipid base and some are alcohol base. Is both lipid and alcohol base are same? Or different?. Which base minoxdils will be effective? More over what are lipids in cosmetic

Feel itchy inside uterus !! What is the reason ? Is it any infection or inflammation? What is the medication?

Hi Doc, Can you please refer the attached image and reply what condition it is. Its for my husband, he got this as a small Pimple kind and now its like black in colour. Its not causing any itching or Pain. But sometimes wen he tries to peel the external skin it bleeds. He can feel senses on it! He have this for more than a year now, And only in his hand not in any other Part of Body. What it could be?? Can some Dermatologist explain!.
