Birthmark tends to grow
I have had this mark from 2nd week after I was born. In between I feel they have grown. I develop red bumps and they tend to stay there. I had tried laser removal few years back didn't work

This could be Nevus sebaceous, nevus lipomatosus Need proper history Can be removed with RF , laser or minor surgery Kindly consult a local dermatologist

What you have is epidermal Nevi .....grows in size with age .....laser / cautery destruction is adviced it's more for aesthetic concern
