Skin issues persisting
On fingers I develop very hard skin, then they develop into blisters with transparent Liquid in them and after that they busrt and new skin comes in. It is painful and itchy.
On lips i have developed whiteining recently with no pain or itching but it looks odd.

On the fingers it can be pompholyx a kind of hand eczema.Need to know about the triggering factors for proper management.on the lips, can be vitiligo,but before confirmation need to see the pics and know the details regarding it.go for online consultation.
