Simple question Does using dandruff shampoo continuosly from 3month can harm hair thicknes or hair growth ?? Coz i m using an homoeopathy dandruff shampoo from 3month shall i stop it .. Cause now i don't have any dandruff

My sister is having white spot every where on her body. She has been under treatment for more than 10 years. Still not recovered. Initially it was not every where. But now it's on her face also. I just want to know does is there any case happened when white spot recover completely. Because we have heard that it won't. Which kind of treatment will recover this asap. It's not an abscess ,it give's slight pain where in pooping motion, rather than that while having a uncomfortable seat, it gives a pain, or I'm completely normal which walking or running. Plz let me know doc.

Started with some burning feeling under right breast 3 days back and yesterday when I wore bra had severe itching and saw these red dots.
