Recently for tiny very small clusters of acne in me cheeks and forehead which is itchy one of the dermatologist I had checked with suggested antibiotics because she considered it as acne vulgaris.And with that medications my acne didn't get healed instead because of antibiotics it got worse and later I realised that I have fungal acne. Please suggest the fastest and safest way to clear this kind of acne on face which is caused to due to overgrowth of fungus.
