Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

It started with small rashes and in due course of time the skin became black, due to itching. Now though it does not itch, it draws my attention and the skin further damaged. This is on my right leg, above the ankle area

I have been suffering from tongue irritation (especially tip) since 4 months , and lips burning since 10days . I visited general physician , homeopathy and dentist . These are medicines tried which has no permanent solution NEXPRO RD 40, zincovit , Azithromycin , rebaprazole sodium, candid mouth paint, B complex, Fluconazole 150, NEUTVIT Plus and REXIDIN PLUS Mouth wash (given by dentist ) , and homeopathy also tried . And I have done Vit B12 test and RFT, results are attached here with, Please advice permanent solution.

Is it advisable to take biotin supplements for glowing skin, healthier hair and nails? If yes what is the right dose and for what duration? Is 10000 mcg fine as contained in a supplement? Or is it too much? What are potential side effects?

The title pretty much sums it up. I have a severely tanned skin. The part affected are my lower arm, face, neck and upper foot. I also have pimples and have been told it's a frequent thing in sun damaged skin. Also I have whiteheads (maybe)
