Round rash in 1month baby
Was diagnosed with a rash and was prescribed desonide lotion 0.05% and yesterday upon docto visit doctor prescribed clotrimazole cream on the rash .. kindly advice if the rash looks ringworm for baby or advice

Usually fungal infection in infants are not common....but in your case it look like one fungal infection ...i agree to continue clotrimazole

Yes it's ringworm.dont apply desonide. Continue clotrimazole cream twice daily atleast for 3wks.then have a review.
