Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello sir, I am in this problem for something 1 month. I losses 10-15 hairs everyday while bath. And there is also dandruff that causes itching and some irritation. It is my first time in this type of problem (when I shifted again in jaipur from my village), so I don't know what is the reason behind it, and what are the cures. I already have white hairs and then I got this problem also, please help me out sir. Thank you
