Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Can tretinoin 0.04% be used to spot treat acne. My dermat prescribed it for whole face. Dont have acne prone skin but tend to get a pimple or two just before periods. And it leave marks. Ps. No pcos, regular periods, no other problem as such

I've a problem of dark circles and around my eyes there are tiny bumps. When I go in hot weather at that time my syringoma starts itching. And due to my dark circles I look so bad so I want treatment on both of these problems

Too much itchy scalp. Just after two days of washing hair my scalp itches so much. Not much dandruff I have but still very itchy. Using mild khadi shampoo,even then itchy scalp

Hi, My mom has been applying Hair colour for quite some time and everything was going smoothly. But suddenly one day the same hair colour had some reaction with the skin just behind the ears. Due to that the whole part got swollen. And then after sometime we again tried the colour but same thing happened. We are unable to understand what is causing this problem.
