Skincare routine at 39 yrs
My age is 39 years. I have normal to dry skin with very few light brown spots on face. Also my cheeks are sensitive and turns red and dry. I need recommendations for a daily skin care routine to prevent wrinkles. Current using the body shop vitamin e cream and solasafe sunscreen. Thanks

Sensitive and dry skin is probe to wrinkles Keep your skin moisturised and apply sunscreen every three hourly Use a gentle face cleanser Rest you can go for a regular retinol and vitc serum for anti ageing benefits under a dermatologist guidance cause these creams can irritate dry skin when used incorrectly

Your skin type seems to be a sensitive skin type. It is advisable not to use too many products on your skin. You should a cleanser to wash your face instead of a face wash. Use a moisturiser everytime you cleanse your face. Use products free of parabens, sulfates. Religiously use a sunscreen 3 hourly which will prevent photoageing process. Maintain hydration and meditate to manage your stress.
