My IGE level is 476.5... Is this will decrease?? I am using Xyzal and Azithral now... Is my Urticaria curable?? Is it a red flag of any other disease?? My lymphocytes level is 49%. Second question is should I consume alcohol a little bit during puja in Kolkata?

I got recently dark spots due to pimple. Actually my skin texture is very clean and clear. I never ever got spots on my face. Even spots comes also, usually fade up within months. This is first time i got 2 dark spots on left cheek and one on right and they are quite visible as my skin tone is very fair,pinkish sort of. So please suggest me best cream to fade this dark spots as quick as possible. Thank you.

I dont have acne prone skin but tend to get a pimple or two just before periods which leave spots. Dont have pcos, have regular periods. Rn i'm using vit c, niacinamide as actives along with moisturisers. Also use derma co aha bha 32% peeling solution twice a week. Can i also incorporate tretinoin 0.04% gel along with all these stuff to prevent acne just before periods. If yes then how do i use it with all these?
