I have melasma
I have melasma on left side of my thigh and on my left ankle for over 6-7 years now. Hoping it would fade on its own but it seems not. As of now I have only applied hydroquoine 2% on my ankle for short period. And it seems darker and unsuccessful to treat it. How can I remove it completely and permanently? Suggestions plz.

You need visit a dermatologist to evaluate the condition and then go ahead with the proper treatment. Do not self medicate.
