Melasma is very resistant to treatment. It has to be kept under control. Chemical peels are good option. Creams have to be used for maintenance. Sunlight protection is of utmost importance. Please continue your dermatologist consult.

Strict Sun Protection. Apply Sunscreen La Roche Posay Anthelios SPF50 Dry Touch / Bioderma Photoderm SPF50 half an hour before Sun Exposure.
Azelac RU Serum for application twice weekly at night ( very little ) for 1 month.
Lumacip Cream twice weekly at night ( very little) for 1 month.
Tab. Ethiglo once daily for 1 month. Tab. Limcee 1000 mg once daily for 1 month.
