Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Dont have acne prone skin but tend to get a pimple or two just before periods. Regular periods with no problems as such. Current skincare routine Actives: vit c 20%, niacinamide 15% Cleanser, active, mosturiser in morning and night. Derma co aha bha peeling solution 32% 2x a week. My dermat prescribed 0.04% tretinoin tobe applied on whole face last yr but hardly used it for a month. I want to incorporate it again so wanted to know how to do it with exixting skin care routine and would it prevent acne just before periods? Ps: no pcos
