Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have diabetes and just noticed that i have yellow toes I'm tensed what could be the reason what would we the reason

From past 2 years I have been facing frequent sprains due to minor injuries. What are the causes? and please do mention the solutions too.(Age 24)

Sir i have been facing problem of hairfall and my hairs in side are becoming less so i consulted one of your doctor and he prescribed me minoxidil i used it for 3 months then he said me to use combination of minoxidil and finasteride , now after using it for 1 months now my hairs in side are also coming so i decided to stop it cause i have mild anxiety problems , in family everyobe has good hairs so plz tell me if i discontinue is all my hairs going to fall or not ..plz sir help me ...plz suggest me what to do i have spended very much money on counsulting every time ...plz help me

I recently shaved my head and found many red patches on my head. Previously it was a bit itchy and had dandruffs. I have tried using different shampoos but that didn't help. I have attached two photographs to show affected area. Please help

I've these pores kind off thing under skin which is white. It's visible white from outside and hardens nearby skin and peeling off the the first layer of skin I see these white pores which won't come out and it's roots are kinda inside. Over the time it keeps skin thick and make it hard. I've had this before probably in different finger and when it came out it had white hard pores inside the skin. Kindly suggest what this is and why it's happening in different area of skin specially in palms.
