Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Dear sir/madam. I used skin lite cream 2 years back for 2 months. After quiting this cream, my skin turned a lot darker than my body. I still suffer from it. what to do

I have a back acne scars on my back. Kindly suggest some lotion or cream for that. I am also attaching image for your reference

A skin tag has come on chin and is becoming prominent with each day. How can I remove it ? Can it be treated with medicine ? Or will it require clinical instruments and if so; what is the usual cost and does it have any side effects?
