Can AF 150 , allegra 180 and lulican cream be used after covishield vaccine or what other alternative can be used

I'm having some dark spots/patches(light/dark brown coloured) on my cheeks and breasts what are they? And when I scrub/rub my breasts some spots get washed away, but i didn't understand how can such brown dots appear on my breasts? Also, I'm facing huge hairfall problem since a month(I told this because maybe if this would also be related)                               can it be STI?

I shave mine head after every 2 months and also use ketaconazole but after every shaving this kind of impression and infection is present in head , kindly guide me to get cure for this ..

Hi, Doctor uses triamcinolone injection on alopecia areata patches ( beards and scalp)every 3 weeks. Does this injection has any side effects? Does it causes impotency in males or any other problems?
