Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have done treatment for acne from different doctors but problem still remains the same. Currently I am undergoing medication but it doesn't show any improvement. I have acne on my cheeks & this has resulted in scar. Please suggest suitable cream & medicine for speedy recovery as I have an important meeting to attend in coming days. Currently I am using... Salicyclic 2% ointment with mosturizer ( day) & night deriva with mosturizer. Facecare facewash twice a day. But deriva has caused swelling hence doc suggested to use fucibet cream. Swelling is still there. Please suggest whether to continue with this or any changes in medicine.

Hair fall on wash day as 150 and other days around 100.. i have used minoxidil, redensyl and have taken traya help too but it is still occurring. Need to see if it is normal or not

Hi doctor I had a corn removal procedure three weeks back. Doctor told me the skin will come off on its own. I am applying florouracil ointment every night. However, the hard skin is not coming off. But there is no pain even if i press it. Is this normal?

I have a pus filled pimple kinda thing on my lower lip for a week now. The surface around it is too red. It doesn't hurt now. It used to hurt in past. Yesterday I bursted it, it felt good. But today in the morning I saw that a little lump of pus appeared at the same spot. How do I get rid of it? I am taking valnext 1000 MG for 3 days to get rid of it, as I have HSV 1, I thought it's because of that. But it has been more than a week and usually it helps me get rid of mouth ulcer in a day. I have a pigmentation problem on my face because of this some times my skin will be normal and some times it changes to black whenever there is change in place. I consulted so many doctors but all of them provided temporary solutions like skin lighting creams and some other medicines. And especially in winter my face reacts very fast with irritations and rapidly darkening. I am fed up with all this . Is there any permanent solution for this.

Hello Doctor, My mom who is 63 is diabetic abd takes insulin injections. She has suddenly noticed white small patches on her skin, legs, thighs and hand. Her blood report 2 months back indicated lesser hemoglobin at 8. Her hba1c is at 8.5. I am attaching pics of the patches. Please advise. Could this be a deficiency or related to blood count. It doesn't Itch or cause any problems though except that it's started to appear on her body. The pics are of her knees and legs. She has a few on her hands as well.
