Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have found in my foot one place is hard inside and it is pain but I don't know what is is.. please suggest what should I do.

I am 28M working professional. I have very bad diet habits , I consume less vegetarian foods. I had lot of acne breakouts in past, I couldn't consult a doctor as the acne always went away in few weeks. Eventhough the acnes went away, they left behind acne scars and now that I look at the mirror, I find many scars on my face. After a quite extensive research on google, I found out that I had all the types of scars:boxscars (approximately 4) , toothpick scars(approximately 3), blemishes and what not. I think I have few active acne as well.  Google suggests various surgical procedures like microdermabrasion, chemical peels that needed to be done by a professional multiple times to get better results. I am not willing to undergo any of the surgical procedures at the clinic. I just want to know if these acne scars can be reduced significantly with over the counter doses/ointments. Also, if there are over the counter doses, please let me know in how many days I can expect to see results

I have wavy, dry and frizzy hair... can I use leave in conditioner to control frizz and can someone please suggest a good leave in conditioners coz most of em cause hairfall

I got this ring mark on my leg since past 2-3 months now. It sometimes itches. I take medicine for thyroid and no other problem is there.

I have a small lump under the skin in the cheeks. It's not popping out. When I touch it. It feels hard.

I have been facing severe hair fall since a year now from Nov 2020. Consulted a dermatologist, did blood test and found that I was having B12 deficiency (100 pg/mL). Doctor gave B12 supplements, my hair fall reduced tremendously after a month. But then after 2-3 months again hair fall started. Did blood test (Dec 2021), again B12 deficiency (181 pg/mL) also vitamin D deficiency (19.5). I have been taking both supplements from a month now but no difference in hair fall. Please please suggest or advice something. I have been eating healthy (protein, fish, meat, egg), etc. But why my hair fall is not stopping.
