I am 43 years old...I have started getting marks all over my face and even pigmentation...what should I use to prevent or completely stop pigmentation???

Please help me as my problem is getting worse from bad... A few old patches are gone or become light but new patches are developing around my thighs and near my toe and they r getting worse...
