Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

At night time my scrotum is itching on both sides currently I'm applying beclomethasone dipropionate with clotrimazole lotion at night time for about 2 months as per doctor prescription it's controlling but still the itching is there itching for about 5-10minutes thereafter it becomes normal why this itching is there for long time I'm suffering this itching for about 6 months is there any complete cure or lifelong scracthing???????
