Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having this infection from long time on my right knee. I tried several cream like Zole F and other it is not getting cured. Please see the image attached image and advice the treatment that help me to get rid off from this

I have red spots scattered towards the frontal side of my neck and chest till the deep neck line level. (Picture enclosed). Sometimes the ones near my chest itch when I wear sweaters, but not always. Few of these are raised bumps, about 1mm in diameter or less, but the skin does not feel warm around it or has not risen up in patches. I do not have fever, cough, chills or pain anywhere. I have been maintaining covid protocols to the T till now and because of the chilly weather I have been wearing high neck warm clothes. So I'm not sure why this happened and I'd like to know what medicine I can apply or ingest to get rid of them. I've had a history of various skin and food allergies so currently I have applied some candid powder and taken an Atarax 10mg, but since my doctor is not present here, could someone please help me out here? 🙏🙏

Is it normal to get pigmentation after the laser? I got one session of CO2 laser and two q-switched for small scars on the face and one bigger scar due to an abscess. The condition has worsened.
