Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

After every 2, 3 days pimple occur in my face and it leaves a black mark/spot on my face. What should i do to remove those black spots?

Saw a black furry caterpillar on my 4 years old kids half pant, this lead to welt on his leg which after  washing with warm water had reduced now. Probably it touched his leg skin and hand leading to itching Will I need to go to a doctor for further visit? Is this serious? Any home remedy suggested?

They don't hurt but they look abnormal do they require attention? Lumps on chest are there for more than 5 years but the lump on hand is new. How to stop getting these?
