Asked for Male, 28 Years

How to remove redness on faceness? My full face is going to be red from last 2 days and in past i using saslic foaming face wash, deriva bpo gel, la sheild anti tanning sunscreen spf 30 because i have a oily skin and acne prone so i used on doctor recommend. Now practo doctor is not reverting to me how to remove this? They say its normal But my face is not looking normal Please advise home remedies for how to remove redness. Please help
