Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I was diagnosed with  macular amyloidosis and contact allergic dermatitis in 2020. But there's no any improvement in my condition ever after continuous treatments . I was having sort of allergy from milk and egg. So I gave samples for CBC and IgE values. My diff eosinophill count is 1310 per micro L. and my IgE values came 0.28 KU/L. Does this mean I don't have any allergy? Milk, milk products and egg leads to excessive itching for me. What should I do? I have attached a pic for reference.

Just few weeks back I had few some dark patches on my right shoulder.. i thought it was dirt.. now 3 weeks apart, the patch is spreading on both my shoulder... Also same ssmall dark patches on my chest area.. I have uploaded the pics

Sir i have been facing problem of hairfall and my hairs in side are becoming less so i consulted one of your doctor and he prescribed me minoxidil i used it for 3 months then he said me to use combination of minoxidil and finasteride , now after using it for 1 months now my hairs in side are also coming so i decided to stop it cause i have mild anxiety problems , in family everyobe has good hairs so plz tell me if i discontinue is all my hairs going to fall or not ..plz sir help me ...plz suggest me what to do i have spended very much money on counsulting every time ...plz help me
