Hello Doctor, I noticed white spots under my nose and met with a dermatologist. I have been diagnosed with vitiligo. I have been asked to use cream Pacroma and Flutivate during the day and night respectively. Along with this, I have been taking tablet Nutropatch once a day. I have been using this in the last ten days, however, I noticed that white spots have increased. Could you please advise how long it takes for the medicines to have a positive effect (stop spreading) on me.  I am extremely worried and anxious. Thank you.
