Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Can only microneedling help me grow my hairline ( without use of any serum or minoxidil)...i will only microneedle will it help??

I had been suffering from folliculitis from 4 years now. Every time I consult some doctor, they prescribe me some antibiotics and in some cases isotretinoin. I helps but I'm not gonna say it cured my illness but i comes back every time after stopping the meds. I some how got a idea whether my good old days(childhood) allergies are acting on. So i went up and done Allergy blood test. So many positive results and now I'm thinking this white pimples (folliculitis) are result of those allergies. Can some one back me up and treat this permanently? By the way, i had pus for c/s and it will nill!

What should I use after microneedling my scalp ...( Issue hairline shifting... donot have family history of Balding)...age 18 ...can i only microneedlenfor increasing hair density and regrow hair without using minoxidil or any serum

Scrotum itching is there for about 6months and it doesn't goes away used flutivate ,takfa ointments no use after I consulted another doctor using clotrimazole 1%and beclomethasone dipropionate lotion at night time after application only temporary relief is there next night it becomes itchy after scratching it goes.. This skin disease completely cures or not?????

Allergy On neck since few weeks. Kindly advice what allergy this is and the treatment for the same.

My sister got pierced by a nail in her foot today (20.12.21) . She got hurt previously with a rusted piece of iron and so she got tetanus shot on 01.12.21. So my question is , is it necessary to get her another tetanus shot or does the previous one covers this injury too ?
