Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Is there any way go get rid of black patches in groin area and butt? I am looking for effective treatment.

The skin around the nail itches. It has blackened and there is transparent liquid (probably pus) that sometimes comes from it. It was only near the nail at the beginning but has started to move downward. Attached photo for reference. The problem has started on the other hand also but not as critical as the 1st one. Photo of the same is attached for reference.

Heard few fermented foods trigger rosacea. Does batter to prepare idli or dosa triggers rosacea ??
