Acne and Acne scars
I have suddenly started getting lots of acne. I'm currently using Clindamycin phosphate gel and Azelic acid cream (20%) after washing my face with D'acne foaming face wash. But there's not much improvement. Can I switch to Benzoyl peroxide (2.5%) and Adapalene gel (0.1%)? If yes, what other actives I shouldn't be using with these products? Kindly suggest. And also suggest, if I can use BHA power liquid and vit C in my skincare regimen while having active acne or not?

No.. treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

All these will work if you have inflammatory acne, there were no pictures attached so I would suggest you to book a direct online consultation or leave an inbox message with images so that your acne type can be evaluated and appropriate skin care regimen suggested. Adapalene is suggested for a higher grade acne, which needs to be further evaluated. All the products you wrote are all jumbled up. Kindly stick to 2.
