Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

When i scratch my head, these dandruff pieces(as shown in th attached picture) peels off from my head. These scales are all over the front and middle part of my head. Whenever i scratch there, these peels off as if i am peeling off a wound and  the inner skin in exposed and feels soft. Are these dandruff ? How can i get rid off these from my scalp?

Can I use Pears soap for my 1month baby, as it is gylerecin soap, will it affect my baby's skin or make it too dry

I went out for 3-4 days travelling and was exposed to sunlight during this. I noticed my skin around my right eyebrow is lightening while tanned elsewhere.
