Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have moderate scalp psoriasis and 20 nail dystrophy without skin involvement Now nail is completely come off due to it I have tried calcipotriol, tazarotene,and Tacrolimus ointments and these was worked for few days now situation is severely affecting my all nails, What should I do? I want systematic treatment but no doctor ready to give near my home town that I asked for Please help! Thank you

After how many weeks TPHA retest should be done after initial test? Some are saying 6 months others 3 months.

Hey doctor, I had a false positive tpha test on dec 10 2021. Then did the last Tpha test on feb 10 2022 which came back negative. Did few tpha tests inbetween which were negative too. I know all is fine but still worrying a lot. So shall I retest again now as it's been two months or wait three months after the last test which was on feb 10 2020. Really need your feedback.
