Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Please suggest sunscreen for oily acne prone skin. I'm currently using acne products: D'acne foaming face wash, D'acne gel and Adapalene gel. I have tried multiple sunscreen, some leaves white cast, some are very heavy or sticky on skin.

Bump appeared in nose piercing site done 3-4 weeks back. It got pulled off few times accidently. It is not painful or irritating. Picture attached. Kindly advise.

In right leg foot skin colour has changed and having lots of small clots on that since 6 months .I have taken a ayurvedic medicine for that it get vanished from there but again it came back pls suggest what to do .
