Present on Both hands Problem From 4 days Irritation / itching constant occuring for the First time

My wife had 2 warts on her hand, she got it removed by laser treatment. But some of my family members are concerned about our HPV test. But both of us don't have any genital or penile warts on our body so should we get our HPV test done?. Is warts on hands is related to some serious HPV should we be concerned about it? 2. Is HPV test is done only for females or it can be done for both ?

Please refer to the pictures attached. I am noticing these bumps on my elbows from a week and initially they were little itching. I put my elbows on chair and in for 8 to 10 hours in a day while studying. Same bumps occurred last year. Why is it happening. Is it sign of phrynoderma?
