Having red spots in hand palms and itchy

Asked for Female, 30 Years

He is having red spots similar to hives in palms since 1.5 month. hs crp is 5.1, pcv is 50.5%, alt-71 and ast-41 and ldl-113. What could be the possible cause of it. Rest of the metrics are normal, got a fully body chechup test. To which specialist shall we connect?
