Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got small small pimples on my face after playing holi and i was out in the sun. I tried apply lacto lotion. But they are not going away

I have been suffering from severe dandruff issue for the past 5-6 years. I wash my hair with 3-4 days gap and after washing on the 3rd day, scalp gets oily and flakes appear. There is mild itch and hair has become thin to point that it tangles with itself. No hairfall problem as such.

They are at only 3 to 4 places There are irritation and itching Please tell some medicine to treat

I have checked lot of internet forums fir my issue but can't find one , I started noticing this issue around 5 6 years ago, my nails now have become very dull black in colour it remains the same through out the day but sometimes when I feel fresh like after sports or waking up colour be becomes better but the index finger and thumb nail remains the same. I am also having black tint above the nails. And I don't smoke nither drink

I have a small lump behind my neck. It was so small when i was a kid. And now I'm 24 and it's little bit grown. And it moves little when I toich. But not much visible. Just a little bit. And it's not having any kind of pain. Today i consulted a doctor and he gave me sensiclav 625. He said to take it for one week and if it didn't gone, do test. I don't think it's gonna go because it's there when I'm kid.Is it cancer? Or what it can be?
