I often see in the mirror,my lips are turning dark...especially the upper lip and mostly the sides where the upper and lower lips are joined....i need a remedy for this.

I got nose piercing 1 month ago. It has now hot a bump as in picture attached. I have applied flutibact for 4 days as prescribed and use saline water wash. The bump looks like this. There is no pain or any significant pus discharge. Fyi, i am breastfeeding mom. What should I do so that it gets healed.
