Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have noticing developing skin rashes around my private area and seems spreading around.It is itchy and scaly and skin looks darker then rest of the area. It becomes very dry in that area and starts itching. I keep myself clean and dry and do not wear tight fitted clothes so that I do not sweat much. I would like to know possible cause and treatment like ointment or cream. Please advise.

I want to remove my stich mark on my face. I got this mark on 2011 when I had an accident. Can get rid of this marks now.

I got skin rashes one by one daily..attached images. When consulting, doc says its plc and no exact causes. Prescribed mfsone cream. I am applying that and also turmeric cream. But it still itchy and getting bigger day by day. Intitially a part of my body started itching, when i scratch that place , a tiny water drops comes out. After drying it forms a like a round patch and develops day by day as shown in that image. Pls help to stop this. Suggest me what dos and donts.

Few months back I was diagnosed with balanitis. My doctor prescribed propyderm NF for 1 week. After using it for 1week, fungal infection was completely cured. But few days later it reoccurred and i used the same cream. It was cured for the moment. Due to the recurrence of balanitis, I used the cream for last 3months (daily). Yesterday I visited my doctor and told the whole story. And he said,'you shouldn't be using that cream more than 1week'. After hearing this I am little bit afraid. Is there any severe side effects for propyderm NF? Can I use the cream for long term?

Recently I had a sking rashes coming one by one day by day.. It seems like a red rash in a circle. Suddenly a part of my body starts itching sensation like mosquito bite and if I itch it , a tiny water like dot appears. After some time, it seems like a small round rash. Next day its getting bigger and bigger..I consulted dermatolgist and she mentioned as plc. Gave me mfsone cream. Can anyone suggest what am supposed to eat or not to eat? what do and donts? Pls help to stop this rashes. Is this contagious? spread from one place to other or person to person?

Why I have foot feet dark skin , reddish color skin some time itching also what treatment is require ?

I have dark colored small patches on my foot skin which are covered by a layer of skin. If I scratch it bleeds and hurts. Skin it bumped where patches are. It seems like something is there in it and I have multiple patches. I have attached picture. Please let me know what could be the best to get rid of it.
