Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi dr I just want to know if isotretinoin 10 can cause thyroid issues I'm really scared Pls help Also how long should I consume it It's been 3 days since I started it Pls help respected dr I am also using tretinoin cream

I hav sabboreic dermatitis/sabosoriasis on both sides of nose ,upper and lower lip it's very burning and itching black colour,and day by day dandruff like substance comes out from 6 months.I used so many creams prescribed by dermatologists. Doctor told over production of sebum  because I use betablockers ciplar la 20 mg for high heart beat tachycardia no bp issues for 1 year.now Iam stopped this tablet but It not cures completely now I use imunsome m cream,paraffin lotion,picon cream.from 1 week I noticed my right palm shining like applying oil and skin peeling like dandruff palms are smooth please advice what it is ?and also treatment for it.thank you

I have freckles initially on my nose..but they now seem to spread all over my face...the freckles on my nose have become dark with brown patchy areas.I am using sunscreen daily.what should I do?

I am 17 years old female. Months ago I had something resembling like a beau line on both my toe nail and it was getting yellowish and greenish gradually. Now my right toe nail is fine but the toe nail on my left is getting worse it's getting blackish and greenish in colour and getting layers . Can u tell me what is is? Is it serious? From last 2-3 days skin gets itchy at night,like iching mostly near neck and groin area though i bath daily 2 times.Can it caused due to dry skin or any other problem?

I have consultanted a doctor regarding acne issues as I work in night shifts. he prescribed me the benzoyl peroxide, clear gel and doxycycline and lactic acid bacillus capsules 100mg. I see that 2 gels are working fine but after 3 days of taking those capsules my stool color became black and I feel little week should I continue taking those capsules please suggest.
