dark circles are present because of 2 factors.
1) increased hollowness around the eyes (can be addressed by increasing the periorbital volume using fillers, fat Grafting or prp)
2) increased pigmentation of the periorbital skin (can be addressed using ointments/creams or chemical peel)
you should get a proper consultation to determine the cause of your dark circle and get it corrected
