Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My father is 55 years old. He has black spots/ patches in sole his feet for a long time. He feel itching in that also. Now skin is also torn like wound since few days. What is this problem and what can be done? Please suggest.

Hi doctor, I have cronic dandruff issue and that has led to thinning of hair on my scalp. I take proper care of my diet and include food that promotes good hair health. I don't have hairfall problem, but my scalp hair has become very thin mostly the area close to the forehead. I have been facing hair loss since few months. Currently I am using Minoxidil. Minoxidil is giving me extreme hairfall that I have never experienced before. I did try earlier many other hair serum alternatives like procapil etc it didnt work. Accompanied with this is dandruff. I know these are the side effects of minoxidil. I am educated about the work around of minoxidil. I just wanted to understand will it stop and when will it stop.
