Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Dear sir/Madam, I have gone through nose piercing process one month ago and had got a big bump on it which sometimes bleeds also and sometimes it is painful, I thought by the time it will heal by itself so haven't taken any medicine but now it's growing day by day and redness is there on it also nearby area hs become black and there Is a swelling around the infected area. Also m wearing a gold nose ring and I nvr use to touch it with hands. Use to clean it properly with detol. Sometimes I use to apply mupirocin ointment but no effect then applied soframycin ointment as prescribed by the medical shopkeeper, still no improvement. Can u plz suggest any medicine to reduce it. Hlo doctor mam or sir I live in abroad im nri indian guy who do job in hotel I have previous melanin depigmentation and than I apply an cream in here pigmanorm cream which have an ingrident hydroquinone 4.hydrocortisone 1.tretinoin 0.1. And after applying that cream 3 days in my face it became reddned .became red on that area than I stop using that cream plz check im sharing u mine pic of that cream which I apply and will my rednes will go away with its own or not in present im applying bioderma sensibio forte cream I just heard it is good for reddened flushed skin will that redness go away or it take times also applying eveline sunscreen spf 50 3 time in a day plz checked pic of that area where I apply plz help me ...

Hi! I recently got facial waxing done in some random parlour as it was quite urgent ..a day after i developed this tiny red bumps on my face along with lots of itching..I tried to calm it down by applying ice pack and aloe gel ,which helped but only as a temporary relief. Plus today i noticed I have developed kind of flaky skin on some parts of my face...what should I do ? Kindly advice .
