Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello sir/madam When I was in siachen area I got skin rashes on back side neck as extreme cold weather  30 'C, same treatment taken and cured. After some time again I am facing same issue now skin problem spreading it. General Dr advice Lobet GM and Tab Allegra OD . But I need specialist opinion for the same and Photo annexed herewith You are requested please advise me.

Black at the corner of the second toenail,pains when pressed at that corner, nail cracks at that corner, nails peels off also,what has happened doctor?? Is it cancer?? Photo attached.

Hi , I am suffering from type 5 baldness and facing issue of reoccurring flaky itchy scalp. Also scalp is always looking oily and shiny and lot of sweating on scalp ,forehead and face. May i know if it is because of some disease? Is there any treatment available for this ? Thanks
