Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

There is too much of dark patches on my hands due to dryness.. As I am mother of 2 year old, I frequently use hand sanitizer and wash my hands often, due to this I have dryness and dark patches on my hands.. Please prescribe me some medication and oblige.. Thank you.

Hello Doctor I have a normal to dry skin and I am looking for best SPF for my skin. I don't go outside these days and remain indoors most of the time still I came to know that it is important to apply SPF even when you are at home. Whenever I wash my face, I feel bit stretchy, it is not too much dry but yes little dryness I feel after every wash. Just wanted to include SPF in my skin care routine. My skin is okay and I don't have any such major skin issue. Wanted to know good SPF that doesn't make my skin oily and also gives protection. Rather than watching and selecting product from YouTube randomly. I thought ..I should ask here from experts. Kindly tell me good and affordable SPF according to my skin type. Thanks.

Hlo sir or mam I live in abroad saudi arabia I have a melesma dypigmentation I buy a cream in here pigmanorm cream  in ingrident it was hydroquinone  aftef applying it 3 days my skin became so red on that area where I apply  im so worried im aplying it along with eveline sunscreen cream spf 50 in afternoon ..sir will I stop using that cream now or will I continue using that cream. She is having fungal Allergy in her foot and palm, it's extremely itching and sweating a lot. She is using KETO B ointment and ABZORB Powder for sweat control and itching control. This happens with her on every summer. Is there any medication or any other ointment that she can use. I was thinking to give her GRISOVIN FP 250mg tablets along with ALTHROCIN 250mg tablet. Will this help in any way? Please guide, any help or advice will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
