While sleeping my father leaned on to the left side of his body after 12 days this scar appeared out of nowhere can you please help

Hello. I'm 41 years old. Off late, my lips become dry often and develop black patches. I use a lip balm and it gets better. I use seamed balm. I also had some thing like a rash. Used tac ocean ointment and it got better. But it keeps coming back. My lips are also not uniform in color and the ends are dark and has white pores. I'm not sure what this is. The edges of my lips are also dark.Please help as this is scaring me. I don't use make up or lipstick. My blood reports are normal. Please advise.

My uncle,age 68,suffering from wound in his under thigh.we use betadine ..but there is no certain changes we see...i attached a pic..please help us what should we do??is betadine ok or anything else?
