I have got two CO2 laser treatment done for molluscum Contagiosum done but it keeps coming back. What should I do?

I am using triglow cream for acanthosis nigricans on armpits and inner thigh from last 15 days with little effect. Can i continue using it for more days for better results? Also trying to lose weight for root cause treatment.

It been 15 days since I got my ear pierce, daily I am cleaning it and applying coconut oil. I have toddler at home, playfully he falls on me and I am getting hit on the exact region. I have removed the ear ring and put neem stick. Today I could see a puss ball behind my ear pierce hole, i tired removing the puss and cleaned it, drop of blood also came out of it.
