Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have an issue since a week in corners of my mouth as per the photograph shared. The skin is very rough and scaly and opening mouth too much huts.

Please see attached image. Could you please tell me what this is? Its just next to my underarm. It's mildly itchy and feels very dry on touch.

I am having lots of acne on face from past few months. I am already using medicated products such as Cetaphil face wash, bioderma sebium night peel, cipla acne oc moisturizer and rivela light sunscreen. My water intake is also enough, however i don't understand the reason of this continuous acne. Kindly suggest if clinsol gel is fine to be used for acne or suggest some other medicine to treat this issue.

Hi. Since last 1-2 weeks there is rash that is spreading on my arms n legs. My skin is dry and with the weather, it is very itchy lately. And the rash is probably spreading due to it. Sharing pictures

My son is suffering from red skin patches in both legs from one month. In the beginning it on foreleg then it spreads upper legs. In the beginning it had little itch. Dermatologist was consulted. Syrup Ciplactin, derma baby lotion, H H sone lotion and derma baby soap were prescribed on 15/02/23. Some red patches turned as light black colour. Some are cured. But it spread to upper legs it's not completely cured.

I have some small bumps on my chest and torso. They are about half a centimetres in diameter, have been present for more than a year. They are not movable and more than 10 of them are present in different part of chest and belly. There is no pain and seems to be slow growing and have a slight dark colour under the skin. I have visited some doctors but they can not get to any conclusions. Are there any chance of them being cancerous?
