I have used no scars cream in a burn mark near my neck. After I discontinued the use, the burn mark is still there and the area around the burn mark has considerably darkened. Any remedies to get rid of darkness on my skin.

Hi dr I noticed this bump under my skin on the left upper arm no pain no discharge No redness I can see slight bulge on skin which is not very visible I have been touching it since yesterday so it has turned little red Other than that no symptoms Is it lipoma What is it pls help me I am really worried I am attaching photo It is it dangerous Pls reply respected dr It feels hard to touch under the skin and it's small in size
