My doctor prescribed me to use tretinoin medication... I was using it from 3 weeks .. Today I went outside.. whole day I exposed myself directly to sun ... So my face looks dull and some what dark... What should I do ... Plss give me reply... Thank u

If u r facing Tan then avoid sun exposure for atleast 4 to 5 dayz..
Apply Regular good medicated sunscreen and moisturizer..
Wait for 5 dayz and start Bioderma sebium night peel ..
If possible prior do video consultation..

You likely developed a tan. If no burning or redness on the face, continue with sunscreen and tretinoin. To correct a tan, you'd have to send photos and consult online. If there is burning, you'll need immediate care, skin tretinoin. Never skip sunscreen.

Make sure while you are on retinoids, the most important thing before moving out is application of sunscreen Atleast 20-30 mini prior and reapply every 4 hours
