Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

The skin around my mouth is getting darker. I've consulted a dermat but not working. I'm a fair skinned person and it looks really bad. Please help

Hello, my sister is 30 and she previously had oily skin, may be because she always stayed in humid atmosphere. Currently she is staying in Bangalore since around 9-10 months , but her skin feels dry. And she is noticing that whenever she is going back to her native in odisha, again her skin becomes oily. And once back to Bangalore it becomes dry. Could you suggest the skin type?

Hi, I have these bumps on my wrist area.. started some where around 1.5 years.. it does not pain, it is just like shown in the picture.. more like a extra skin.. I am not sure of the reason.
