The skin is itchy and skin infection the wound healed having like scars in skin and itching and feeling weird sensation/numbness in that area and i have attached pics

Sir i am having skin writing demographia .which is not solving taking antihistamine so what can i do .its acute ...comes after scratch ang go after 30 min.

I am having rash problem for about 20 days.which is not solving after having antihistamine tablets of various molecules .eaten allegra then citrizine then atarax.The iching sensation is very less.but if i draw in skin than hives come out like the drawn pattern. I am a bp patien and one dermatologist given me . Hydrocortisone 100 mg iv injection.can i take it ?or what can i do .what causing the dermographia ?kindly give suggestion

Hi, I need to get full body skin check as I have recurring skin issues in multiple spots for years and even after multiple doctors/medicines/steroid oitments issues are not going away. These patches on the skin are not going away and my friends abroad suggest to get a full body skin test. However, I do not see Indian doctors doing this the way it happens in UK/US

It's been almost a month and my skin gets extremely itchy in the night even though I apply an amazing moisturiser . Even though it's not everyday there are days when I cannot sleep due to the itch. What's happening? Pic attached.

My hair are not strong from the root. They fall very easily. How do i stop my hair fall. I tried Anaboom anti hair fall serum as per doctors suggestion. But not much significant reduction in hair fall (20-30%) Should I continue with the serum or not. My hair tend to fall even while I apply the serum. What is the remedy for this
