Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been suffering from this since the past 2 years .. dry, flaky skin which gets tight after i wash my face and makes it unable to move my face...it's around my eyes,forehead,chin and upperlip and neck..it gets worse in summers and i believe whenever I'm out in the sun it gets even worse..i have been on homeopathic medicine for around 1.5 yrs and it relieves it for the time being but then it comes back..i have used heavy paraffin creams,every kind of sunscreen ...the skin becomes so red and itchy and fluid comes out of it making it swollen and sticky..i really really need a permanent solution for this or even a diagnosis if possible ..

Hello ,my son is 4 .7 years old . He got viral fever, cold ,cough with rashes on chest, tummy and backside and some itching lesions on the face and sole.. rashes gone. But still he is itching .. the doctor gave only moisturizer because of dry skin. The doctor said it is post viral infection itching. We have done his blood test, ige is 82.1 iu/ml.,  B12 is 722  and vitamin d3-   31.3 ng/ml  . He is allergic to something and his eyes are watery  and have a running nose like a rhinitis allergy . Please help me what I should do. And his cheeks are a little red too

Hello sir, I am out of India and visited France before 5 days for a business trip. It's cold here and I got some red spots rashes in both the legs which is very itchy and also slight itching overall body.
